Actress, writer and TV personality Emily Atack returns for a third series of her award nominated comedy show. Following the successes of the first and second series, which achieved the biggest audience for a female-led stand up show in 2020, this third season sees her unleash more relatable stand-up comedy alongside mischievous sketches and skits all about life as a young woman.
A brilliant mimic, Emily also embodies some of the UK’s most loved celebrities, impersonating everyone from Oliva Colman and Holly Willoughby to Billie Eilish and Adele.
Each of the six 45-minute episodes covers a different broad headline theme, from old fashioned Romance to Wellness, from the daunting nature of the Future, to an examination of Homelife. Each topic allows Emily to not only have real fun with her comedy in front of a packed audience at London’s Clapham Grand, but also explore her own life experiences and showcase her loveable, unfiltered self.
Punctuating the live comedy are sketches performed by Emily and some of the UK’s hottest comedy performers – and even featuring cameos from the likes of Christine Lampard and Ruth Langsford. Emily pokes fun at the perils and pitfalls of life as a woman in her 30s, offering some hilariously honest insights and anecdotal scenarios as she explores the many, many dilemmas that we all face as we stumble through life.
