Six weeks before her 40th birthday Tanya Bardsley was told she had ADHD. It was a revelation that she describes as being “the missing piece of the puzzle” and it finally provided an explanation for the anxiety and depression she had struggled with for most of her life.
In this revealing and personal documentary Tanya talks candidly about her ADHD and how her life has changed following its diagnosis. She will also ask why it took her so long to find out about it, and learn what can be done to live in harmony with the condition that had previously caused her to consider taking her own life.
